Bradley Weinstein

Bradley Weinstein

DMD, MSD

Dr. Weinstein is an exceptionally accomplished periodontist specializing in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. His educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Columbia University, magna cum laude, and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Weinstein also completed two years of General Practice Residency at the Manhattan and Bronx Veterans Affairs hospitals, where he served as the chief resident and completed his periodontal residency at the University of Washington (go Huskies!). His passion for knowledge and contribution to the field of Periodontology is evident in his research work, for which he has received several accolades, including the prestigious Balint Orban Memorial Award and the Volpe Prize. His research has been presented at the American Academy of Periodontology, and his surgical expertise has been featured in the textbook, "Soft Tissue Management: The Restorative Perspective."

Dr. Weinstein is an affiliate faculty member at the University of Washington, where he teaches Periodontics and has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Periodontology, the Journal of Clinical Periodontology, the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Clinical Advances in Periodontology, and Periodontology 2000.

Elizabeth Kaminsky

Elizabeth Kaminsky

DMD, MPH

Dr. Kaminsky is an exceptionally accomplished periodontist and dental implant specialist, originally from Massachusetts. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and minored in American Sign Language. From there she completed her Postbaccalaureate at Harvard University and DMD degree at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Kaminsky had the opportunity to move to the PNW for the prestigious General Practice Residency program at Swedish Medical Center, here in Seattle. It was during this program that she realized her passion for specialized and complex dental care. She earned her Certificate in Periodontology and Masters in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and was selected as a finalist for the Gerald M. Kramer Award by the American Academy of Periodontology.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kaminsky enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest slopes and trails with her wife and their Labrador retriever mix, Otis.

Quan Nguyen

Quan Nguyen

DDS, MSD

Dr. Nguyen is an exceptional periodontist who is passionate and committed to providing exceptional oral health care to patients. After Graduating Summa Cum Laude from East Carolina University with a dual major in Biology and Chemistry, Dr. Nguyen continued on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.

Post-graduation, Dr. Nguyen completed a 1 year General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Portland Veterans Affairs Hospital, gaining valuable experience and proficiency in various aspects of general dentistry. As a National Health Service Corps Scholar, Dr. Nguyen honed his skills and developed a deep sense of responsibility toward community health and access to quality dental care.

Driven by a desire for specialization, Dr. Nguyen continued his training at the University of Washington. This advanced training has equipped Dr. Nguyen with the knowledge and skills to address complex periodontal issues and provide specialized care to patients.

William Carter

William Carter

DDS, MSD

Dr. William Carter is a skilled, board-certified periodontist specializing in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. A native of Georgia, he completed his undergraduate degree in Human Biology at Stanford University with a focus on Infectious Disease and Global Health. Before dental school, Dr. Carter led surgical process improvement initiatives at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, sparking his passion for interdisciplinary care and patient outcomes.
He earned his D.D.S. at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and continued there for his residency in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry. His clinical expertise includes periodontal regeneration, dental implants, soft and hard tissue grafting, and IV sedation.

Dr. Carter’s research on the connection between periodontal and systemic health was published in the Journal of Periodontology. His academic work has been recognized with multiple national honors, including nominations for the AAP Schoor Research Award, the Patty and Paul Levi Research Award, and the Mark K. Setter Leadership Award. He has also received the ICOI Pre-Doctoral Achievement Award and the AAP Dental Student Award.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Carter enjoys hiking, exploring the local food scene, and attending live music events with his husband and their Shar-pei, Charlie.
