Our doctors and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner.  Our doctors recommendations will be made based on your periodontal health needs, independent of insurance coverage.  Our financial coordinators will then work with you to maximize your benefits and provide you with information regarding your out-of-pocket expenses.  Affordable payment plans can be arranged through CareCredit.

For any cancellations, we require 72 hours notice, and do not accept cancellations by text, email, or voicemail.  Within 72 hours, late cancellations will incur a $75 charge per scheduled hour, $200 per scheduled hour of surgery.
